HS boys basketball: Bellaire v. Houston Lee

Bellaire hosts Houston Lee in boys high school basketball on Friday in the HISD Tournament.

Bellaire is 6-3 on the year, beating St. Thomas 54-51 last Friday. Sheldon McClellan scores 27 points per game to pace Bellaire.

After playing Houston Lee, Bellaire will host Madison on Thursday, Jan. 6.

Houston Lee is 1-11 on the season, losing 74-50 to Kempner in the Outback Tournament last Thursday. Din Androk scores 21 points a game to lead Lee.

Following the Bellaire game, Houston Lee will host Houston Austin on Wednesday, Jan. 5.

Friday’s tip-off is slated for 5:30 p.m.
