Bellaire All-American Boardman commits to Texas
Bellaire senior Toller Boardman has committed to play baseball next year for the University of Texas.
The 6-foot, 3-inch, 215-pound left-handed pitcher compiled a 12-1 record last season and a 0.86 ERA, while also striking out 96 batters in 74 innings pitched.
Boardman was selected to the 2010 Louisville Slugger All-American team and was District 20-5A Player of the Year.
Perfect Game USA has ranked Boardman the No. 232 prospect at his position nationally for his class.
