HS girls basketball preview: Houston Christian vs. Episcopal
Houston Christian and Episcopal battle in girls high school basketball action on Tuesday.
Houston Christian is 4-1 on the season, coming off a 50-46 victory over St. John’s in their last game.
Sophomore Miranda Rogers is averaging 14 points a game for the team.
Houston Christian will visit Duchesne on Thursday.
Episcopal is an impressive 17-2 on the season, coming off a 51-47 win over Glen Rose at Wednesday’s McDonald’s All Star Invitational.
The Knights are led by Alex Burroughs, who is averaging 18.6 points per game.
Next up for Friendswood is a visit to Second Baptist on Thursday.
Tuesday’s tip-off is slated for 6 p.m.
