Bellaire HEB blamed for shopping cart crash
HEB Grocery is being sued over claims an employee with a shopping cart injured a customer at its Bellaire location.
Donna Estes filed a lawsuit on Feb. 28 in Harris County District Court against HEB Grocery, citing negligence.
Estes says on Oct. 7, 2010, she sustained injuries while shopping at HEB Grocery, located at 5130 Cedar in Bellaire. According to the brief, while Estes browsed merchandise, an employee, who was talking to another employee, crashed into her back with an overloaded cart.
Estes is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case Houston attorney Adam Criaco.
