HS baseball: Bellaire defeats Second Baptist

Bellaire defeated Second Baptist in the Father Wilson/Sister Julia Tournament Friday.

Bellaire, 11-3, 0-1, won the game 12-10.

Bellaire scored 12 runs on nine hits and committed six errors in the victory.

Up next, Bellaire will visit Lamar Monday.

Friday’s loss dropped Second Baptist to 8-7 and 1-1.

James Todd took the loss for Second Baptist, who will face Kinkaid Saturday.
