RedCircle Personalized Weight Management Center opens in Bellaire
Tailored weight management programs are now available for Houston residents.
The new center, RedCircle, is located at 6320 S. Richmond Ave. It offers clients personalized programs based on resting metabolism, genetic blueprint, cardiometobolic status, activity, stress levels and lifestyle. Seven components make up the overall diet program used by the center’s nutritionists and trainers, designed to help clients keep the weight off they lose.
Those in the program can also report their food consumption via a smartphone application, which is reviewed by RedCircle nutritionists on a daily basis.
Hours for RedCircle are 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. For more information, visit www.myredcircle.com, or call 713-781-7332.
