Environmental investigator settles into Meyerland 3BD
Sharareh G. Rafati acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 5739 Rutherglenn Drive in Meyerland from Shelby R. Fike and Dietra A. Aronack-Fike on Dec. 8.
The Fikes acquired the house in May 2007. The 2,271-square-foot house in the Maplewood South subdivision was built in 1962. It is valued at $290,238.
Rafati is an environmental investigator at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Mr. Fike is an attorney at Fike Law Firm, where he provides general counsel services to small and mid-size companies on a consulting basis. Before joining the firm in 2009, he was a vice president, associate general counsel and secretary for JME Software, Compliance Spectrum and Neon Enterprise Software.
He received his J.D. from Baylor University and his B.A. in education from Texas Lutheran College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 310 home sales in Meyerland during the past 12 months.
