Oil co. exec relists 5BD home in Bellaire for $1.295M
Leon Codron has relisted a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 5308 Grand Lake St. in Bellaire for $1.295 million.
Codron originally listed the home with The Listing Firm for $1.45 million in May 2011. He took the home off the market in July 2011 and relisted it at the existing price on Nov. 30. David Houston of New Leaf Real Estate is the current listing agent.
Codron acquired the property in June 2006. The 5,775-square-foot house, built in 2001, is valued at $1 million. It is part of the Peaceful Valley at Bellaire subdivision.
Codron is an investment partner at Asia Pacific Exploration Consolidated LP, a company involved in the exploration, development and production of petroleum resources in Southeast Asia. Previously, Codron was the chief executive officer, president and chief executive officer of energy for Singapore Petroleum Company Ltd. He was also the vice president for Atlantic Richfield Corporation International and the president of ARCO Indonesia Inc.
He holds a B.S.B.A. and an M.B.A. in marketing and management from United States International University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 174 home sales in Bellaire during the past 12 months.
