Financial co. associate buys 4BD home in Bellaire

Eugene Zhadanov and Caroline Kowtach acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 135 Beverly Lane in Bellaire from Carolyn Rubenstein Karpas on March 20.
Karpas acquired the home in May 2004. The 4,357-square-foot house, built in 1950, is in the Banner Place subdivision.
Zhadanov is a natural gas options trader at JP Morgan, a financial services company.
He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and management from Cornell University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 40 home sales in Bellaire during the past 12 months.
