Defense services firm principal buys 2BD home in Bellaire

Adriana Varon and Christian Alexander Weisbach bought a two-bedroom, three-bath home at 6322 Meredith Drive in Bellaire from Minfang Pan on March 20.
The 1,701-square-foot house, built in 1978, is in the Trenton Place in Bellaire subdivision.
Ms. Varon is a principal at Granherne - KBR, a defense services provider. Previously, she was a flow assurance engineer at Pegasus Universal and INTECSEA Engineering and a pipeline engineer at Advantica.
She holds an M.S. in energy and environmental engineering from the University of Sheffield and a B.S. in chemial engineering from the University of America.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 180 home sales in Bellaire during the past 12 months.
