Bellaire Rec Center to hold Camp Tumble Bear

Camp Tumble Bear is being offered by the Bellaire Recreation Center.

The camp, for children ages 3 to 8, will feature game tables, arts and crafts, splash days, bowling, putt-putt golf, a gymnastic obstacle course and more. Each session will end with a special carnival day.

The first session will take place Aug. 6 to Aug. 10. The second session will be Aug. 13 to Aug. 17.

Camp will be held in the Youth Room at the Bellaire Recreation Center. Snacks and drinks will be provided, but children should bring a sack lunch and a small blanket for movie time.

Camp runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The cost is $170 for residents and $180 for nonresidents.

Drop-offs before camp are available at 7:30 a.m. for $25 per week. After-camp pickup at 4:30 p.m. will cost $25 per week and 5:30 p.m. for $50 per week.
