Registration open for Houston Metropolitan Chamber Art Festival

Exhibitors and vendors can now apply for spots at the Houston Metropolitan Chamber Art Festival, slated for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10 at Bellaire Town Square.

Spaces measure 10 feet by 10 feet and exhibitors and vendors must supply their own display materials. Fees for exhibitors are $125 for one exhibitor per booth or $150 for two exhibitors per booth.

Food vendors' booths are $250 for double spaces or $150 for single spaces. Food vendor truck fees are $200 for trucks measuring 20 feet by 10 feet or less and $300 for truck dimensions larger than that size.

Deadline for booth space is Saturday, Oct. 20 or a $25 late fee will be applied. Deadline for all payments is Thursday, Nov. 1 or the late fee will apply.

Vendors are required by law to collect and report the 8.25 percent sales tax. Food vendors must have a valid city permit submitted with their application.

Set up times will be 6-8:30 a.m. the day of the event. Security will be provided from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The festival is an outdoor event and a rain date is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 11.

It will be at 7008 S. Rice Ave., Bellaire.
