Houston ISD middle schools' breakfast menu for the week of Oct. 22 is as follows:
Monday, Oct. 22: Beef kolache, Frosted Flakes, cinnamon toast, orange wedges and skim or 1 percent milk
Tuesday, Oct. 23: Biscuit with sausage, Frosted Flakes, honey grahams, fresh banana and skim or 1 percent milk
Wednesday, Oct. 24: Breakfast sandwich, Frosted Flakes, cinnamon toast, sausage patty, juice and skim or 1 percent milk
Thursday, Oct. 25: Chicken biscuit, Frosted Flakes, honey grahams, fresh banana and skim or 1 percent milk
Friday, Oct. 26: French toast sticks, Frosted Flakes, cinnamon toast, fresh banana and skim or 1 percent milk
