Houston ISD to hold web chat on bond proposition
Houston ISD will hold a web chat from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26 on the district's $1.89 billion bond proposition.
Plans to rebuild and modernize the city's high schools and to provide technology and safety upgrades at campuses in the district will be discussed.
District administrators will be on hand for the chat and will answer any questions on bond-related topics.
According to a press release, the goal of the chat is to make sure voters have enough information before heading to the polls on Election Day.
Participants can ask questions in advance by sending an email to bondinfo@houstonisd.org.
To access the web chat, visit www.houstonisd.org/2012bond.
